  1. Step 1

    Combine all queso ingredients in a large microwave safe bowl and microwave until cheese is hot and melted, stirring occasionally.

  2. Step 2

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat and sauté peppers and onions until soft and slightly browned on the edges.

  3. Step 3

    Divide Brisket among 4 toasted rolls and top with 3 Tbsp. of queso, sautéed peppers, and onions.
