Basic Beer Mop

  • 12 oz. beer

  • ½ cup cider vinegar

  • ½ cup water

  • ½ cup oil, preferably canola or corn

  • ½ medium onion, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 Tbsp. Brisket Seasoning


  1. Combine the ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, lower heat until reduced, and mop over brisket during cooking.
