Cut the steak into 1-inch pieces. Combine marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Alternately thread beef, pineapple, and vegetable pieces evenly onto eight 12-inch metal skewers, leaving small spaces between pieces.

Preheat grill to MEDIUM-HIGH heat, about 400℉. Place kabobs on grate and grill 9-11 minutes for medium rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness, turning once. Season kabobs with salt, as desired.
