Step 1
Put bone broth in a medium saucepan on MEDIUM heat. Bring the bone broth to a light simmer.

Add the milk, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the saucepan and whisk until creamy and smooth. If adding collagen, also add during this step.

Step 3
Pour the hot cocoa into two mugs. Serve with marshmallows or whipped cream on top.
