Step 1
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, chives, parsley, steak seasoning and lemon juice in a large bowl until blended.

Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl; toss gently to combine. Divide mixture evenly and place inside hoagie rolls.
Cooking Tip: This recipe works well with prepared roast beef purchased from the deli section of your local grocery store.
Serve filling over lettuce leaves or in jars at your next family gathering.
