Beef Crostini with Balsamic Drizzle Appetizers

This time of year, it’s non-stop parties. Last week, I made these Beef and Blue Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms appetizers for our Beef Loving Texans lunch, and over the weekend, I wanted to impress at a neighbor’s holiday party. Like normal, I had a busy Saturday, so I needed an appetizer recipe that was quick, easy and impressive. Beef Crostini with Balsamic Drizzle to the rescue!

The flavor pairings of this one are unworldly. We’ve got a little crunch from the crostini, creaminess from the cheese, bitterness from the arugula, savory beef and an added sweetness from the balsamic reduction. YUM! Umami city!

Because I’m obsessed with roasting, I popped a Tri Tip roast into the oven the night before to use for the crostinis, but this recipe is delicious with roast beef from the deli, steak, leftover pot roast – whatever you have on hand to use.

It was also a huge hit! Not only is this elegant looking, but it’s easy to serve and eat. Perfect combo for a party appetizer.
