  1. Step 1

    Combine all ingredients in small sauce pan. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Set aside to cool.

    Add gin apricot mixture to blender. Cover and process on high 1 to 2 minutes until combined. Press sauce through fine mesh strainer.
