Step 1
Preheat an air fryer to 400°F according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Alternatively, heat a large grill pan over MEDIUM-HIGH heat.

Toss beef with Worcestershire, oil, steak seasoning, salt, and pepper until well coated in a medium bowl.

Cook beef cubes in the air fryer for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. If using a grill pan, cook beef cubes for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together honey, chili sauce, and jalapeño.

Transfer beef bites to a platter, drizzle with hot honey mixture (about 2 Tbsp), and garnish with parsley. Serve with steamed broccoli, brown rice, and hot honey on the side for dipping.
