  1. Step 1

    Combine all spice ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Place a large skillet over a stove or campfire at medium heat.

  3. Step 3

    Brown the Ground Beef, breaking into crumbles as it cooks.

  4. Step 4

    Add spice mix to skillet and stir through the beef. 

  5. Step 5

    Cook 10-15 minutes to allow flavors to mingle and beef to cook through.

  6. Step 6

    Serve with eggs and tortillas for beef chorizo breakfast tacos!
