Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Step 2

    In a large bowl, combine meatloaf ingredients and lightly mix by hand.

  3. Step 3

    Put meatloaf mixture in non-stick loaf pan and shape with hands.

  4. Step 4

    Combine sauce ingredients & pour over shaped loaf.

  5. Step 5

    Bake at 350°F for 1 – 1 and 1/4 hour.

  6. Step 6

    Cut meatloaf in 1 inch slices.

Safe Handling Tips:

  • Wash hands with soap and water before cooking and always after touching raw meat.
  • Separate raw meat from other foods.
  • Wash all cutting boards, utensils, and dishes after touching raw meat.
