What's on My Plate? Grades 9-12

This curriculum is USDA approved and meets TEKS requirements. It addresses the responsibilities and activities of a high school student with a focus on food for fuel and how to incorporate nutrition into your everyday life through fun games, handouts, such as a weekly food tracker, and take-home activities. It also has an agricultural component that covers the nutritional benefits of beef and sustainability. This curriculum is very customizable and can stand alone or be incorporated into your current health/nutrition section.
