Texas Beef Team member Jennifer Fisher is a mother of 3, a marathon runner, high-intensity work out enthusiast, yoga newbie and somehow finds time to blog about it all. Growing up, she never considered herself an athlete, but decided to join a running club in her 20’s and has been running competitively ever since. She knows that a high-protein diet will not only fuel her runs but also keep her energized throughout the day. Her beef cut of choice—the tenderloin. She breaks out the grill and cooks a whole heap at once, then creates different recipes with it throughout the week for her family, and her blog.
