Tips

Freeze beef for 30 minutes for easy slicing OR consider purchasing pre-cut beef strips. They can be found in the meat case or your butcher will slice them for you at no cost. We often say "the thinner the meat, the higher the heat". Cooking the beef strips at high heat in a single layer will give them a nice crisp on the outside and prevent them from steaming in the skillet. Consider purchasing pre-chopped vegetables to save precious time. Also try making your own marinade like this Ginger-Soy Marinade. Get creative! Toss stir-fry into a tortilla for an Asian/Tex-Mex fusion meal!
